1 - Deep Dive:
We spend time identifying what is going on for you, what is your ‘presenting issue’ and what has challenged you now and as a repeating pattern in your life and life systems.
We consider where you are now and where you wish to get to and we also discuss what has served you well to date and what may be helpful to change.
We agree a way forward that feels challenging enough for you to make the changes you wish to make but comfortable and safe enough for you to achieve them.
2 -Reset:
Our work together begins. Without a pre drafted framework we start our coaching or consultancy journey.
We will invoke whatever is required from:
Transformational Coaching- to shift the thinking and beliefs beneath the pattern
System-psychodynamic workplace consultancy - to delve beyond the surface of your organisation and find the true issue
Equine Assisted Coaching - to access what words alone can't reach.
Reiki - to release energetic blockages and bring stress and anxiety release
3 - Transformation
You identify the repeating patterns and recognise when they are happening outside of the coaching or consultancy space.
The pattern starts to change.
