Claudia De Silva is an organisational expert and leadership coach who works with business

owners, founders and entrepreneurs who are struggling to grow or scale their

organisations. Drawing on her Authorised Leader model, Claudia helps them to identify

patterns of behaviour and build internal authority, so they can grow their business and

themselves clearly, strategically and successfully.

Claudia has over 25 years professional experience which includes real business experience as an

entrepreneur including co-owning and running a catering business and deli coffee shop in

her 20s, owning and running an HR consultancy practice for small and medium sized

businesses and in-house as an HR and Operations Director for a top 100 firm of

accountants.

She is also a trained coach accredited by ACCPH to senior level and has recently become a mentor for the Women in Banking and Finance Personal Excellence Programme. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Masters Degree in Systems Psychodynamics - the unconscious dynamics of leaders, organsations and their teams.
