How I work

I draw on 20+ years of professional organisational experience both inside and outside of organisations - as employee, board level HR professional and Entrepreneur and Business Owner and a deep understanding of dynamics using systems psychodynamic theory to work across an entire organisation.

I work with Leaders, teams and all the spaces between. I look for the pieces that most will miss as they are finding quick win statistics and top line issues. I see myself as a tracker - able to read a landscape through the nuance of what is unsaid or unthought to find clues into what is happening in the conscious space.

The Experience

  • The consultancy experience is relational, experiential, exploratory and honest. There are no surveys or statistics - no feedback charts or pretty graphs and colours. Instead raw data from powerful conversations and discussions with you, your teams and associated stakeholders.

My sessions are entirely bespoke

Based on the nature of the consultancy but as a guide the starting prices are below 

  • Whole Organisational Consultancy 3-6 month project - £8500

  • Senior Leadership Consultancy - 3 - 6 months project - £5000

  • 1:1 Coaching for Senior Leaders - £250 per session (up to 90 mins)

  • Crisis Team Intervention - £3500 

In person (London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire (other areas by arrangement)  and remote sessions available.
