Appointments

I offer both in person and distant (remote) reiki sessions. In person sessions are from 2 different spaces in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire on Wednesdays and Fridays.

When booking below please make sure you choose the right session.

Introduction sessions will focus on your presenting issue but we will also discuss your history, what is currently going on for you in your life including significant events or changes. My approach is incredibly holistic and therefore I like to spend a good period of time getting to know you and your challenges. You may find some of the discussions difficult or probing and I will be happy to change direction or explain in more depth why the information is important at any point in our sessions.

In addition to Reiki energy, I also incorporate the use of crystal healing work and will keep you informed of my choices and why these are appropriate during or after the sessions.
