Appointments

I currently offer Distance or Remote Reiki sessions but I will be offering in person sessions from 2 beautiful venues in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire from the end of September 2025.

Introduction sessions will focus on your presenting issue but we will also discuss your history, what is currently going on for you in your life including significant events or changes. My approach is incredibly holistic and therefore I like to spend a good period of time getting to know you and your challenges. You may find some of the discussions difficult or probing and I will be happy to change direction or explain in more depth why the information is important at any point in our sessions.

In addition to Reiki energy, I also incorporate the use of crystal healing work and will keep you informed of my choices and why these are appropriate during or after the sessions.
